2) About Our Services
Romanian Aesthetic Surgery Academy is a commercial company that has the goal of organizing aesthetic surgery courses and conferences by bringing to Romania the top level experts of the moment, and help the courses foreign attendees to discover Romania and its stunning beauties.
From time to time, we may make available event pages where you can register and purchase tickets to our courses and conferences (“Events”).

Any rules about changes, cancellations, or refunds are specified on each Event page or during checkout. Where no specific rule is shown, your rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

We may make reasonable changes to Event schedules, speakers, or formats where necessary (for example, to ensure Event continuity). Material changes will be communicated to ticket holders using the contact details provided during purchase.

11) Cancellations & Refunds
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email. Cancellations received on or before 31 December 2025 will be eligible for a refund of 30% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. Please note that all refunds will be processed in euros and will be issued after the conclusion of the event.
12) Changes to these Terms
We reserve the right to change these Terms without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
